- Consultation information: during an in-home or virtual consultation we record a home inventory and notes about your belongings and move requirements and, with your permission, photos or video.
- Basic website data: our web host may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website.
How We Use Information

- To prepare your inventory and request estimates from independent moving companies and other service providers on your behalf.
- To coordinate the services you choose and keep you updated.
- To operate and improve our business and meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
When We Share Information
With your approval: we share your inventory and move details with independent moving companies and other service providers so they can provide estimates or services. Those companies contract with you directly and handle your information under their own policies. Moving companies in our network compensate us when a client hires them; your consultation fee is paid separately by you.
Service providers that help us operate: for example, Formspree (which processes and forwards contact-form submissions), our email and video-meeting providers, and our web host. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Calls and Text Messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Third-Party Services
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit. Our header links to our Facebook and LinkedIn pages, which are governed by those companies' policies. The LMS Enterprise App at app.luxurymovingsolutions.com is a separate service for moving companies; this policy covers this website and our consultation services.
Keeping and Protecting Information
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and meet business and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
